I’m requesting to close my account for over a year. Never got any answer. Contact form has time-outs, bad requests, incredible lagging, etc. Looks like 6 years earlier, they had the same issues. How can a platform like that, not have a decent “close your account” functionality? Horrible, horrible user experience. Receiving feedback after you’ve filled and submitted their contact form is a miracle by itself already.

I finally got an answer 3 months ago from the privacy department they told me to post it here??… And I quote from the 27th of August:

Well… 115 days and counting since that post. Nothing has happened untill now.  Where has it come to, if users have to create blogposts about these situations, just to get heard?

Let’s hope a decision maker at Technorati bounces on this blogpost. Because this looks just ugly.
